Patty - Bio
Patty Valdes, a Vero Beach resident for 34 years, brings over three decades of real estate experience. Her roots in the industry go back to her father, a Real Estate Broker in Wisconsin, who encouraged her to join the business as Vero Beach blossomed into a desirable hub for homebuyers and retirees.
With a Bachelor of Arts degree from Denison University, Patty's diverse background includes training dolphins in Key Largo and working in onsite sales at Grand Harbor, a golf, tennis, and marina development.
Patty takes pride in assisting clients with both their real estate needs and integrating them into the Vero Beach community. Her hands-on approach has earned her valuable referrals from satisfied friends and clients.
She holds the Green Sustainable Property Designation, a certification from the National Association of Realtors. In her free time, Patty enjoys outdoor activities, from walks on the bridge and yoga to spending time at the beach with her grandson and rescue dog, Herald. She also tends to her nearby farm, planting fruits and vegetables and gathering eggs.
