Charlotte - Bio

Charlotte Terry is deeply connected to the Vero Beach community, from the Environmental Learning Center to Saint Edward's School, where her children graduated. With over 40 years in Vero Beach, she is a fourth-generation Floridian, making her well-versed in Florida and Real Estate.

Formerly the owner of Charlotte Terry Real Estate, Inc., she merged with Alex MacWilliam, Inc. Real Estate in 2009, expanding her services to include both buyer's and listing representation.

Beyond real estate, Charlotte is an active presence in the cultural and environmental life of the community. She serves as vice chairman of the Laura (Riding) Jackson Foundation, preserving Ms. Jackson's historic home and organizing literary events like the Vero Beach Book Festival.

Charlotte's passion for nature is evident as a Florida Master Naturalist, guiding clients on outdoor adventures, kayaking, fishing, and exploring wildlife. Her involvement extends to organizations like the Indian River Literary Society and Haiti Partners Advisory Committee.

A true do-er, Charlotte is not just a real estate expert but also an integral part of the vibrant Vero Beach community.
